ClinDesk started on the Mac. Today it also runs on Windows and Linux, so you can use the computer your clinic already has. The privacy model is exactly the same on every platform: the on-device AI and your patient messages stay on your own computer, never in our cloud.
We also made getting started feel familiar and fast. ClinDesk is a workspace you already know how to use. You connect it to your clinic’s WhatsApp, and it just works.
From the moment you connect, ClinDesk uses the details you already set up: your business name, your opening hours, and your address. You don’t re-enter any of it. The assistant answers patients with your real hours, points them to your real address, and speaks as your clinic from the very first message.
And it stays in sync. Change your opening hours and ClinDesk picks up the new ones automatically. You keep your information in one place, and the assistant follows along, so a holiday schedule or a new address never turns into a wrong answer to a patient.
Voice notes are handled too. When a patient sends an audio message, ClinDesk listens, transcribes it, and gives you a short summary, all on your own computer. You see what the patient needs in seconds, instead of replaying a one-minute recording between appointments.
