Do you use cloud AI to read patient conversations?
No. Patient conversations and summaries stay on your computer, in a folder that belongs to you. The AI that reads them runs on-device, and ClinDesk does not keep a patient database on our side.

A computer from the last few years. ClinDesk runs on macOS 15 Sequoia or newer (Apple Silicon Macs), Windows 10 or 11, or a modern Linux distribution, with at least 8 GB of memory. If you're not sure, send your computer's details and we will check.
Yes. ClinDesk runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux, with the same privacy model on each: the on-device AI and your patient messages stay on your own computer. Use whichever you already have.
It books it. ClinDesk reads your clinic's calendar, offers free slots in the patient's chat, and saves the confirmed visit to your calendar. Cancel by message and the event goes too.
ClinDesk never answers on its own. It prepares a draft and a short summary for each message and notifies you, so at 3 AM you see the patient's name, the key of what they wrote, where they are, and one tap to open the conversation or call. Nothing is sent in your name until you approve it.
No. ClinDesk handles the everyday questions, hours and directions, in your voice. Anything that sounds clinical gets flagged for you to handle yourself. It does not diagnose, recommend medications, or instruct patients on treatment. Clinical decisions stay with you.
One plan per clinic, monthly or annual, priced in your local currency at checkout. Tax is handled. Cancel any time. See the pricing page for the exact amount in your region.
