Every weekend, the same pile

ClinDesk reads the 142. Wakes you for the 4.

Scroll through a real Saturday morning. The pile lands, gets triaged, and only the clinical bits reach you.

01 · Saturday morning

Every weekend, the same pile.

Patients ask about hours, prices, whether you take their insurance, where your clinic is, if you're open on holidays. You love them for it. You also haven't had breakfast.

The pile lands.

147 messages on a Saturday before 9 AM. Parking. Hours. "¿Atienden niños?" A photo of someone's prescription bottle.

ClinDesk reads each one on your Mac.

No cloud call. No audio leaves the laptop. The model knows which are chatter and which might need you.

Most get answered on the spot.

Hours, directions, bookings — replied in the clinic's own voice. The patient gets an answer in seconds, not when you next pick up.

The clinical four come to you.

One chest pain. One post-op bleed concern. One pediatric fever. One medication question your PA can't answer. Only these four.

The morning Lucía called

From voice note to ready-to-read in under a minute.

Here's exactly what your Mac does while you're still in bed.

03 · A real morning

06:58 AM. A voice note comes in.

Lucía, 34, home from a trip. Stomach pain, she's scared. ClinDesk listens, not just with its ears — with a model running on your Mac.

It spots the words that matter.

"Epigastric", "colicky", "vomit." These aren't "what time do you open?" questions. ClinDesk knows the difference — and never sends the audio anywhere.

Collects the missing details, politely.

Fever? Jaundice? Medications? A few quick follow-ups in Spanish or English, whatever Lucía writes in. No forms. No portals. Just messages.

Assembles the one thing you need.

A clean summary — history in one paragraph, GPS pinned from the patient's own share, language detected. No scrolling through 40 messages at a red light.

Then, and only then — it taps your shoulder.

A single push notification on your Mac. One patient, one headline, one tap away from the conversation. The 142 messages about parking never reach you.

04 · 02:47 AM

The nights it does wake you, it earns it.

ClinDesk stays quiet through 142 messages about parking, hours, and price. It wakes you when a patient writes something that could actually be an emergency — and gives you every detail to decide in seconds, from bed.

Questions you're about to ask

  • Does my patient data leave my Mac?

No. Everything — the AI model, the conversations, the summaries — lives in ~/Library/Application Support/ClinDesk. The only network it touches is WhatsApp's, which you already use.

  • What kind of Mac do I need?

Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) on macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, with at least 16 GB of RAM. The on-device model is about 4.6 GB.

  • How does it connect to WhatsApp?

You scan a QR code from the app, just like WhatsApp Web. No business API. No per-message fee. If you log out of WhatsApp Web, ClinDesk logs out too.

  • Does ClinDesk give medical advice to patients?

No. ClinDesk is an administrative tool — it handles hours, directions, bookings, and pricing, and flags messages that look clinical so you can handle them yourself. It does not diagnose, recommend medications, or instruct patients on treatment. It is not a medical device. Clinical decisions stay with you.

  • What does it cost after beta?

CHF 29 per month per clinic at public launch, billed monthly, cancel anytime. See the pricing page for details. During the closed beta, pricing is case by case — drop us a line.

  • Will there be a Windows or Linux version?

Not today. ClinDesk is Mac-only because the on-device AI stack (Apple Silicon, MLX, the Speech and Core ML frameworks) is what makes the "runs locally, no cloud" promise possible at this quality on a laptop. Once the Mac version is battle-tested and we see real demand, we'll look at a Windows or Linux build. If that matters to you, email us — it helps us gauge interest.

Download once. Then stop thinking about it.
