Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If ClinDesk doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription charge. No questions asked — we'd rather you spend that money on something useful than stay unhappy.

How to request a refund

We aim to process refunds within 3 business days. The credit lands on your original payment method; depending on your card issuer or bank it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What qualifies

The 14-day guarantee applies to the first subscription charge on a given account. Renewal charges after the first are not automatically covered — if you forget to cancel and get charged for a month you didn't intend to use, contact us anyway and we'll usually still refund as a courtesy. We deal with these case by case and in good faith.

EU consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within 14 days, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK law. Our refund policy above meets or exceeds that requirement. Business customers (clinics, sole practitioners billed in a professional capacity) are not consumers under that directive, but our 14-day guarantee still applies to them as a commercial policy.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both of us time and money, and refunds through the normal process are usually faster.

Cancellation without refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling outside the 14-day window means the subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, then lapses without further charges. No refund of the current period is issued automatically, but see What qualifies above — reach out if you think there's a good reason.
